The child chooses one phrase, says it to a person in the house, and does not let a tool speak for them.

A phrase on a screen is a sticker. A phrase you say when you want water is yours. Today we pick one. We use it. The tool does not get to be polite for us.

A phrase you used is language. A phrase you only heard is a costume.
