The Seneca problem (wealth, Nero) can wait one sitting or get one honest sentence: he did not always live the letters. That honesty is the lesson.

Time and the short madness
Seneca called anger a short madness. He also wasted time while telling others not to. Both things are true. Your sitting is not to become a Roman moralist. It is to see a day: where time went, where anger spent you, where a model offered to write the hours away. Exile in his life was an island. Yours might be a Sunday that vanished into a feed. Count it.
