The child writes or draws a guess, then tests it with eyes, water, ice, or a walk.

The world first

We can ask a talking tool why ice melts. It will talk. The ice will also melt on the table if we wait. Science is the wait and the look. The tool may help us name what we saw. It may not replace the seeing. Write a guess. Look. Then talk.
