Keep permissions physical: a closed laptop, a disabled send button, you holding the account. 'The tool waits' is the sentence to repeat.

Objective
The child can say that a talking tool does not send messages, spend money, or go online unless a grown-up says yes.
Waiting is a kind of safety
A bicycle waits until you push. A stove waits until a hand turns it. A talking tool should wait too. It should not write to your friends, open the door, or spend money. If a tool can do those things, a grown-up decides, every time. At WisdomForge the lesson guide may only talk. Talking is already a lot.
