This is the uncomfortable sitting. Let them indict Seneca. Then ask for the mirror. The original adult booklet is the deeper text.

The gap is the curriculum

Scholars call it the Seneca problem: the letters praise poverty and time well spent; the life served a tyrant and held fortunes. It is not a puzzle to solve so you can discard him. It is a mirror. You will praise try-first and paste a prompt at 11 p.m. You will praise presence and leave a sitting to an agent. The work is not to become consistent by lowering the letters. It is to feel the gap and close it one hour at a time.

The gap between the letter and the life is where character actually is.
