This is the capstone for the emerging band. The student runs the full cycle: read a founding document, audit the design, name the missing voices, connect to an amendment, and name one citizen act. The cycle ties together every skill from the unit. The output is one cycle, run end to end, that exercises every muscle: the reading, the design, the gaps, the change, and the action. The cycle is the capstone artifact. It is the proof that the student can practice citizenship in the age of the summary machine.

- Audit: CLAIM / EVIDENCE / DESIGN / TENSION.
- Name the missing voices: who was not in the room?

- Name one citizen act: READ / NAME / SPEAK / VOTE. Something you will actually do.
- Write: 'I read [document]. The design is [X]. The missing voices are [Y]. The amendment [Z] closed [gap]. My citizen act is [act].'
